Greetings! I am Jessica Erbst and I was crowned Pearl City's Outstanding Teen 2011 on Saturday January 8th in Muscatine. I am very excited to begin my year and prepare to compete in the 2011 Iowa's Outstanding Teen competition at the Adler Theater in June.
Congratulations to my new pageant sisters - Miss Muscatine 2011, Jessica Pray; Miss Pearl City 2011, Elizabeth Davidson; and Muscatine's Outstanding Teen 2011, Brooklyn Heuer.
